Steven Gross grew up on the Outer Banks and has called Corolla home for 17 years. After graduating from East Carolina University in 2010 with a degree in Commercial Recreation and Tourism Management, Steven began building a career focused on the Outer Banks real estate and vacation rental market.

Since 2012, Steven has been with Twiddy & Company REALTORS, working in vacation rental management and beginning his real estate sales career in 2016. His experience managing and selling vacation rental properties gives him a unique understanding of the Outer Banks’ second-home and investment market.
