About Steven Gross

Steven Gross grew up on the Outer Banks and graduated from East Carolina University in 2010 with a degree specializing in Commercial Tourism Management.  Over the last 12 years, I have lived in Corolla as a full time resident.  Assisted with the management of a local resort community, The Currituck Club.  Since 2012, I have been with Twiddy & Company REALTORS assisting as a rental manger and Sales Broker.  As many of you know, the Outer Banks has a massive second home and vacation rental home market.   There are few brokers who have managed and sold vacation rental homes.  My background gives me a unique advantage and understanding of our challenging market that most do not possess  My expertise, eagerness to help, and honesty has helped many buyers find the right home and has helped many sellers find their buyers quickly for top dollar.
